Bill Schulenberg Owner and Claims Manager - Property and GL
Bill Schulenberg is a graduate of Louisiana State University (B.S. Business Administration). He is the owner of Apple Adjusters and a claims manager with nineteen (19) years experience in claims handling and management for numerous carriers. He is experienced in Commercial General Liability, Trucking, Business & Personal Auto Liability, Commercial & Personal Property and Worker's Comp. He has experience with Self-Insured Public and Private Entities and has experience working in house for Allstate, LWCC and the Louisiana Office of Risk Management. He is NFIP Certified. Mr. Schulenberg was on the Board of Directors of the Louisiana Claims Association and is Past President of the Baton Rouge Claims Association. He is a member of The National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters, NAPSLO, Louisiana Surplus Lines Association, LABI, LASIE, The Honorable Order of the Blue Goose and the New Orleans Claims Association.

Tim Brignac Claims Manager - TPA Services, GL, Auto and Workers Comp
Tim Brignac is a graduate of Louisiana State University (B.S. Business Administration) He is the claims manager for Apple Adjusters with twenty-two (22) years of experience in the investigation, handling and management of all lines of insurance claims including Auto Liability, General Liability, Property with a specialty in Louisiana Worker's Compensation and USL&H. He is also experienced in the marketing of all lines for claims services. He began his claims career in 1988 with Liberty Mutual Company. He was the owner of Brignac Claims Service for thirteen years and worked with numerous self insured entities including Amedisys, Associated Grocers and Performance Contractors. He has consulting and in house experience with Allstate, LWCC, LUBA, RMS LLC, Summit Consulting and numerous others. He is currently licensed in Louisiana.

Kerry M. Dubea, SCLA General Manager
Kerry M. Dubea, SCLA is a graduate of Northwestern State University (B.A. Social Work). He has over thirty years claims investigation, adjusting and management experience in state and local government claims involving general liability (specializing in highway tort claims), automobile liability, professional liability, property, medical malpractice and worker's compensation. He was instrumental in the creation and development of exposure reduction programs for the Office of Risk Management and served as project leader for the Interagency Road Hazard Committee and the State Police Accident Reconstruction Program. He also served on the Louisiana Highway Safety Commission Records Committee and has acquired expertise in vehicular crash analysis, including railroad crossing crashes. Louisiana Insurance License G4 – Comprehensive Claims Adjuster designation.

Tammy M. Tate CWCP General Adjuster - GL, Auto and Workers Comp
Tammy M. Tate is a graduate of Louisiana State University (B.A. Psychology, Minor Sociology.) Ms. Tate has 15 years of claims handling, claims management and underwriting experience. Prior to joining Apple Adjusters she was employed by Gallagher Bassett and Direct General. Her experience includes handling and managing in underwriting as well as Personal and Commercial Auto Liability, Commercial General Liability, Errors and Omissions and Workers Comp. She has worked extensively with self insured public entities. She currently holds a CWCP designation by LASIE and is licensed in Louisiana, Mississippi and Georgia. She is a member of the Louisiana Claims Association and the Baton Rouge Claims Association.

Rhonda Sarris Accounting Manager
Rhonda Sarris has over 30 years of experience in accounting inclusive of governmental accounting, GAAP, CAS, and Third Party Administrator. Prior to joining Apple Adjusters she worked for Hammerman & Gainer, Inc. as the Human Resources Manager and Benefit /Payroll Administrator. She attended the University of Southern Mississippi, obtained various certifications from HRCI and is a certified Executive Director. She is a long time member of the National Association of Female Executives, has served on the Board of Directors in various community and civic groups.

Brian Kelt Jr. is a graduate of the University of New Orleans (B.S. Business Admin) and a part time MBA student at night. He has six years claims handling experience. He handled auto appraisals for Progressive, general liability claims for FARA and residential property and catastrophe claims for Pilot Catastrophe Services. He holds a G-4 Louisiana Adjusters license and a non resident license in 18 states. Brian is proficient with Xactimate, IntegriClaim, Ultramate and Audatex.

He has extensive experience in claim handling of property losses in Commercial, Residential and Flood policies. He has a G-4 State of Louisiana Adjusting License and graduated from the State Farm Fire Academy and Estimatic II and is proficient in Xactimate.
