Our mission at Apple Adjusters, Inc. is to offer a full range of high quality independent adjusting and risk management services at fair and reasonable rates. Our mission at Apple Adjusters, Inc., in accordance with the NAIIA, is to provide our client companies, the best, most reliable, ethical and valuable type of adjusting and risk management services possible.
To accomplish our mission, we plan to remain small enough to give our clients, their customers and claimants the prompt service and attention they deserve. We hire and retain only highly experienced, aggressive adjusters that have the know how to resolve claims. We enable and encourage our adjusters to be highly responsive to your needs and to communicate effectively. To accomplish our mission, we actively seek to create a collegial adjusting atmosphere in order to attract good adjusters and to reduce adjuster turn over. We encourage our adjusters to have long term client relationships.
We will stay on the cutting edge of the latest technologies available to the claims profession. We will responsibly use these technologies to help reduce adjusting expenses and will pass the saving to our clients.
Our philosophy is to work only for claims professionals and defense attorneys from insurance companies and self-insured entities. Our claims handling philosophy is to begin investigations immediately and follow your claims handling guidelines to the letter. In the absence of specific written instructions we will follow the guidelines of the NAIIA Complete Adjustment Program (CAP) and we will use generally accepted adjusting principles. |
